they are not even worthy of 1 star. The most useless and *********** bunch of staff and team leaders if ever there were one. I asked a question about the re-issuing of a voucher for being a new user on their app 1 month again, NO RESPONSE!!! I emailed them again 1 week ago, NO RESPONSE, emailed them once again today!!!
I made an online purchase for a pair of Crouch boots that were on sale today (yes, I have NO idea why I still support them) and my account was debited for the one amount twice, therefore in reality I have paid double for 1 pair of boots as I received confirmation with the same order number.
No TEAM LEADER (A JOKE REALLY) ever bothers to pick up a phone, neither respond to anything. To debit a customers account twice for 1 item is *******.
The entire staff compliment should be fired!!! They all give the brand a bad name with their lack of accountability, interest, uselessness and slow, slow response (if any at all) time.
one of the worst e-commerce companies I have ever dealt with.
their delivery guys are absolutely fantastic though!! 10/10 to them all.
