Zando are *******!!!

The worst service ever. I placed an order with Zando and when the item arrived it was the incorrect size. I requested a refund the very next day and the item was collected the day after. It has almost been a month since the item was collect and I am still waiting for my refund. The only contact you have is via email and you only receive generic responses.
