Zando are ghosts with returns

I ordered a pair of shoes on Zando, very well priced for a good product. However the shoes are too small. I ordered a return online, and I was told the courier will pick it up. That was a few days after christmas. Its almost been a month now. After numerous phone calls, where I have been waiting for extended periods of time to be connected to a consultant, I still haven't been able to talk to anyone. I also tried to send emails again, but no reply. So now I'm sitting with a R480. 00 pair of shoes I can do nothing with. Bad bad aftetsal service Zando!!!
