Zando- an online JOKE

Delayed order that took twice the time as takealot, not to mention that I had to pay an admin fee since I did COD. Takealot does not charge this fee.

I sent through a complaint via email, funnily enough I only received a response the day after I received my goods.

The cherry on top was the fact that I logged a return online. It was meant to have been picked up yesterday. That didn’t happen.

Zando very much like its service, customer care etc. is a JOKE!
