Zando!! A joke for on line shopping. Worst service EVER!!!

<p>On line shopping ? It should be easy and convenient. Well, you wont get it from Zando. I ordered an item from Zando on 31 March and its 25 April now. Still dont have my item, or my 'free" items I ordered after getting vouchers for the terrible service. Requested my moneny back almost a week ago after they *****ed up my order, but I have to wait +- 7 days ? for a refund! Worst on line shopping experince ever!!! Zando needs to learn a thing or 2 from Takeallot. Customer service is key in a customer driven company! Pathetic. Unsubscribed, blocked on Facebook, spreading the word and will never ever look at your website! </p>
