Zando: A hell of online store!!Pathetic!!!

Email sent to Zando after numerous calls made (with obviously no response): "Good day, I ordered some items on the 15 Nov 2019, however, when I track my order on the website it still says "Item is being processed", and that was updated on the 15th of Nov 2019. I am very unhappy about this, even yesterday when I called, no one could tell me when my order is. On Saturday I am going out of the country, this is an inconvenience. I will never order from Zando ever again!!!!!!!!
