Zando a bunch of ********!

Very disappointed. Bought shoes and wasn't happy with the quality. Shoes were returned and they confirmed that a refund will be processed within 14 working days. It's been 2 months now and I'm still waiting to be refunded. Several queries sent but to no avail. No one responded to emails sent, except for auto replies with an undertaking that query will be attended to within 2 days. It is impossible to engage them telephonically. Will never order anything from them again.
