Zando

I used to be a loyal Zando online shopper. It was always easy to place orders, as well as doing returns. Never any difficulties or issues . BUT, Unfortunately now ...after Zando had some kind of "upgrade"or " revamp" ...EVERYTHING is different, problematic and just awfull . The new look and display of clothing etc is a definite down grade !! The worst part is...Returns !! Trying to return a item, is a nightmare . Trying to contact Zando customer service or get any acual help, is near impossible !! One of many calls I made to Zando, had me holding the line for Someone/anyone ...for over 3 minutes. Yet, I still got nowhere. It's really sad....The "improved" Zando is a total let down !!!!!
