I ordered shoes on Tuesday, I tried instant payment and it was cancelling my transaction before I can finish with payment. I did Eft immediate payment and sent proof of payment to client services and later received email saying my order has been cancelled. Today I called requesting refund but they telling me it's going to take 3-5 days before it reflect in my account.
