Zando

I did an online purchase with Zando using Discovery Miles as the payment method and for the difference amount used my Bank account . The money was taken from my bank account and from the discovery miles and my order was canceled. I Still haven't received a refund whenever I contact Zando they say that I need to contact Discovery cause they have the money and when I contact Discovery they tell me I need to get the bank to reverse the money . When I contacted Standard bank they needed relevant information and when I emailed Zando to get the documents I haven't received a response as yet. This is terrible service and the bank only gave Me limited amount of time to get the documents or they will not do my reversal . Being a frequent customer of Zando I will no longer recommend them to anyone .
