Zando 2 months later and no refund for goods never received.

I plated an order with Zando in November waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive. So I canceled it, before it was delivered. Now 2 months down the line and still no refund. Please don't fall for this poor service company and its unsubstantiated promises. It takes more than 20 minutes to get to speak to a actual person. Emails go unanswered, unless you count a automated response that they are aware of my mail as a response.
