Horrible. PATHETIC. Horrid

First experience and I will never use them again.

I placed and order for 10+ items. Tried paying by credit card and payment failed. Apparently once payment fails they cancel the order.

When I called the Contact centre for support. Took me 20 mins to get ahold of an agent who told theresa nothing they can do. I need to search for and add all the items to my cart again.

Absolutely bull****.

Thanks Zando for reminding me why I hate buying online.
