Wrong Size

I purchased boots (UK size 3) on Zando on 07 April 2021 and my order was delivered on time but it was the wrong size (UK size 4), I then followed the return process. I got my refund and I placed another order for the same shoe (UK size 3) that was in stock. When I got my delivery I received the wrong size (Uk size 4) again. it was like they changed the box and returned the shoe.

I contacted Zando using their Live chat and I spoke to Lwando M, He asked for my contact details and he called me and he apologized and mentioned that they didn't have my size in stock and will speed up the process for the refund voucher and they will offer a complimentary voucher for the inconvenience caused. I have received my refund voucher however when I asked about the other voucher, he stopped responding.
