Wrong size and bad service

I bought 2 tops from Zando and the one was a large it cost me R260 for it but when the top came here it didnt even fit me instead it fit my daughter that wears a size 26 and 28 so hoe could that be a large a d when I asked for a refund or a return i was told to pay R90 and that is ******* as i did not get the size i ordered.
