Wrong package delivered

Placed an order on the 10th August and delivery was made today 20 August. The order was for hair but the package delivered has a sponge inside for making dreadlocks. The details of the contact person on the invoice are not reachable as the cell number is on some flight mode and the landline is not picked up. I wrote email to *** but it bounces back and customer care line is not being used due to Covid regulations. I want my money back or my correct order be delivered at my address.
