Wrong Order, then NO ORDER, no REFUND?

Pathetic service - they still haven't picked up the incorrect order they dispatched OR refunded me. No one even responding to mails.<br> <br> I have had to call them daily for more than a week.<br> <br> Utterly pathetic.
