Wrong items delivered and no proper communication

They delivered wrong items. No one had come to pick up the items to be returned instead I get messages saying "return items could not be retrieved today" and multiple messages saying Delivery agent (tel. **********) will call you soon for return pickup of item(s) from order **********52. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed.
