Wrong items delivered!!

My order was delivered last week Friday, when I discovered the items in the packet were nothing that I had ordered. I immediately contact Zando.co.za and provided all the "proof" and was told 24 to 48 hours - well its Wednesday and the response is still that "its under investigation". This is not acceptable - where is the quality control of packing items to ensure the right goods are sent to the right people!! They deserve less than the 1 star at the moment.
