Worst service!!! I will never buy from this company

There were 2 experiences that were unpleasant. Let's discuss the most recent one.... I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The latest delivery date is today (7 August), tomorrow I leave for Germany. So I call in the morning to find out where I am on the list. I am told that I can't get that info. So I can again 2 hours later and get the same story - delivery can happen anytime between 8 and 5pm. Unlike Takealot these guys could tell me NOTHING and their staff is so unfriendly. Then I called a THIRD time at around one to notify them that I had to leave the delivery address by 2. The guy said he'd call me back to notify me if it's possible. At 2:30 I realise this man has no intention of calling back. So I call AGAIN... This time I'm told to wait till 5. At 16:53, I CALL AGAIN only to have them tell me the deliver FAILED and that I MAY get it tomorrow... MAY!!! MAY!!!

Now let's talk about the first time I ordered from them a few weeks ago. I didn't get the goods because the delivery man went to the first floor despite my delivery address stating I am on the GROUND FLOOR. He left and delayed the delivery for the next day. I received NO APOLOGY ONCE ME.

Never buy from these guys!!!!
