Worst service I've ever received from an online store.

<p>I purchased a jacket from Zando wore it once, washed it one time and the stitching unraveled. The quailty was terrible. It felts really thin but not that thin that it would break after 1 wash. i mean seriously for the price I could've gotten a thick jacket that wouldnt break from ANY other store.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i went on the site to check the reviews after i noticed there werent any so i left a review so that there was a warning for those who wanted to buy it. Gave the jacket a 1 star rating. SAW THAT THEY CHANGED IT TO 4 STARS.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then logged a complaint on Zando and I'm still waiting for the to get back me. That was a week ago. The service you receive when returning an item is the worst the customer service I've ever received from any store let alone an online store. The agents contradict each other. They never give you proper information. They know nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Still waiting on a response from the customer service. Probably going to have to wait a month like i had to wait when i requested a refund. </p>
