Worst Service Experience

I spent my entire morning and afternoon trying to place an order, but every time I had to checkout the website had issues. What's the point of participating in big sales if your systems cannot handle the demand?? I spent over 2 hours on the phone holding or being told my line was too busy.

I am very disappointed.
