Worst Service Ever

If I could give a zero. I would. Worst service I have ever received from a company. Communication is impossible as customer care is impossible to reach telephonically. Packages go missing and no one knows what is going on. The courier they use, FedEx, is also pathetic. Impossible to track packages as the online tracking service is useless. Will never buy from Zando again.
