Worst service ever experienced

For a first time customer, i was stupid not to check for reviews first. Im current waiting for a par of shoes that according to their website and multiple emails has been delivered (at 9pm) which i never received. I called their customer care and they promised to get back to me by end of business and now i cant follow up because its a holiday

Their app promises free delivery for purchases over R550 yet they still charge you 70 rands
