Worst service ever experienced!!!

I honestly dont even know where to begin. I've been a loyal supporter of Zando for about 2 years now and have bought a lot through them but will never buy from them again. I ordered 2 items on the 24th of November, on the 27th the payment and order was confirmed and they said it would be delivered between the 1st and the 5th of December. All in all I phoned them 8 times and on hold for a average of about 4 mins per call with no answer and then I continued to email customer complaint department twice with still no response! As I am typing this my items still haven't been delivered and I have no idea where it is or when I will receive them. I highly recommend people not to support Zando and rather go with a company like Spree etc.
