Worst service ever

They never deliver on time, they dont communicate, all the consultants ever say is we escalated it to logistics then they send an rmail saying order is on the way but you never get your order...... Made my order 23 dec.... Estimated time for delivery was 30th 2021 to 04th 2022, when i asked i was told i was never available on the day of delivery yet no one called me and i was home all day. Then changed delivery to the 7th...waited nothing till today i still wait and theres no communication whatsoever from their side
