WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>After Placing an order on Zando whom i thought was a great service provider really GRATED my cheese yesterday , i Called spoke to a Miche yesterday @ their Call centre to follow up on a order # ********** 46 I was then advised that they courier company was @ my workplace @ 10:30 which is Complete & utter ******* as i sit @ reception and they were NOT there @ all so its a failed order , keepin g calm i was advised they will follow up and call me back , no call back from miche . called again spoke to FIRDOUS whom apologized promised me next day delivery and will call me this morning @ 8:00 i gave this lady 2 alt numbers and my email no excuse to not contact me . i CALLED this morning to follow up spoke to a NURAAN whom said she had to follow up AGAIN as Firdous is not in this morning and made NO NOTE for Delivery TODAY , and had to follow up again with courier guys no call back again, Seriously is this how they treat clients who spport their business ????????????????Call back spoke TO Fuzlin whom was rather disrepectful advised me NO she cannot help as the courier guys are out i will not be receiving my order trying to reason as to what i was promised as im a LOYAL client , she gave attitude and didnt HELP @ ALL SHAMEFUL , requested to speak to a manager i was told theyre not available theyre all in meetings I AM DISGUSTED WITH ZANDO AND THEIR STAFF I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM TO TELL ALL friends about this APPALING SERVICE i was given and warn them never to PURCHASE AGAIN as the way they treat their clientele gusts me </p>
