Worst service ever

I placed an order on the 13th of September and expected it to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days as they advertised. Today i called and this lady tells me it was supposed ro be delivered on the 18th. She said she will call me back and she hasn't. I don't t appreciate being **** to. They are very good when it comes to canceling your order when you dont pay within the specified period of time but when they suppose to deliver their service is appalling
