Worst service and online shopping experience

Worst customer service and service in general I have ever received. I asked for a simple refund in the form of store credit. It took two weeks for them to send their delivery company to pick my package up. I just received the coupon code and it does not work. No one replies to emails. If you phone them, they will tell you they are sorting out the issue but they never do. Completely unacceptable.
