Worst Service

I made a purchase on 15 January. One of my items were damaged so I was not happy with it. You have 14 days tro return the item according Zando. I completed the return request on the same day (15 Jan) and until now. Zando has not collected the item from me. Everytime I send an email, they apologise and say they will inform the courier company. This was my first purchase from Zando and definitely the LAST!
