Worst place ever to place an order!! Worst service i have ever received - ill definitly stick to Takealot for my online shopping from now on!!!

<p>Worst place ever to place an order!! Ive placed my order and paid for my goods on 24/11 via credit card. On the 25th i followed up and they let me know that they are still waiting on payment....afer having received an email notification on the 24th that they received payment? They advised that the delivery would happen on the 1st of December. Until now i havent received my good at all!! I have sent countless emails and called numerous times, still nothing has been delivered and this morning i received an email to say that they are still sourcing my items from their suppliers and it would take "a while" for them to get them as they are a huge backlog on their orders? If i never followed up in the last 2 weeks i would have never received any feedback. Worst service i have ever received - ill definitly stick to Takealot for my online shopping from now on!!!
