Worst online store!!!

I have placed an order with Zando close to two weeks ago. Got a message last week saying my parcel has been dispatched- STILL NOTHING!!! No one picks up at the call center, no courier information. I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE ZANDO
