Worst Online shopping Experience to date!

Dear Zando,

Kindly note that this is the worst online shopping experience to date. I will most probably never do any business with Zando as i have placed an order and paid for this order on the 29th of November. I just get simply told that my delivery will be sent either 11th; 12th; or 13th of December.
