Worst online shop in Africa

I have honestly never had a good expirience with Zando , everytime i shop there i need to fight to get my package, thier call centre agents are also rude and are no help, they never have an answer for anything its like they are programmed to keep saying your order is on your way from capetown nd hasnt reached the warehouse, i shop online a lot and ive never have such bad services with superbalist and your runway sale , its always Zando that gives problems they are the worst online shopping store ever, they know nothing about customer service and they need to be shut down and never oparate, im here waiting for my order and they telling me there is nothing they can do . How do you tell a customer that? They are the worst.
