Worst online shop ever

Hi there was a problem with my online order and i phoned the call centre from Friday the 11/12/15 and there was no answer i have been holding on for more than 10 min per phone call just to speak to somebody. I've send an email and no responds I'm going On holiday and need my clothes. But no feedback nothing worse online shoping experience in my life
