Worst online service!

Terrible experience thus far. Ordered on the 20th of November and after calling twice were promised it would be delivered by Friday 29 Nov and nothing happened.After several calls and complaints were told items are out of stock although you can still order it directly from the supplier on their website.Were given a coupon and immediately called the call centre and requested a refund and sent a DM on a Facebook response but since the 04th of December received no response.Called the call centre again and they could not help me.
