Worst online retail!

Zando has to be the worst of all. I ordered a shoes (size 6) since in the past with Dolce Vita shoes that I got from them had small cuts (which I understand that its not Zando's fault).

The shoes turned out to be big and I requested for a shoes size change. The courier comp came and fetched the shoes and I had to wait for like a week or so, then they delivered a SIZE 6 SHOES AGAIN!!!! When I queried I was adv that I should request for a RETURN AGAIN. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I GUESS, I'm beyond disgusted.

I ordered the shoes in advance for my birthday celebration, had an outfit already to go along and BOOM big size.

Like they say, word of mouth works and social media does these days. Will tell every single person I meet how bad Zando is.

Ordered the shoes for my birthday party in advance, had an outfit prepared as well for them 'shoes' only to have to wear old pair of shoes due to incorrect size after returning the SHOES.

Had no other option except to give them away as I am so not playing games with Zando of returning the same pair of shoes a gazillion times.
