Worst experience of my life

Useless. That sums up Zando's call center staff and their service. They delivered my shoes wrong, thereafter it was collected and now I have been waiting for 3 days to receive my new ones. No one calls back, I have to call multiple times before someone picks up the phone and then they all have attitude, especially SARA, who is the worst of them all, speaking to me like I am a child and I d-o-n-t g-e-t h-e-r...meanwhile she doesn't even bother to listen! I have paid for these shoes and have nothing to prove for it, will I ever get it? I will never buy from them again!
