Worst delivery, worst customer service!

Placed an order on the 1st of December, today is the 12th and I am yet to receive delivery.....tomorrow I am leaving on holiday so wont be getting my order at all....This is the online shop with the worst customer service, worst delivery, worst delivery tracking system! Will never order from them again.
