Worst customers service

It has been a week now where I have waited for ZANDO to get their couriers to pick up a return of mine. I have literally contacted them every single day for the last 4 days trying to get their couriers to collect it <br> <br> Everytime I speak to someone I get told how they will arrange it shortly and that all will be ok. LIES!<br> <br> I found myself making contact for the 7th time now to try and find out when they will bother picking up the item so I can get my money back which will most probably take them another 3 weeks to sort out. <br> <br> I work in the service industry and this is UNACCEPTABLE service. Empty promises and a waste of my time<br> <br> This is the last time you will see me shop with you. Great for buying - just dont dare try and return something <br> <br>
