Worst customer service to exchange a small shoe size

Zando order nr ***. First of all I had to wait 2 months for my order to be delivered only to find that the shoe size that I always order for Public desire are too small. I tried to log a return on the website but couldnt as the order wasnt updated. I sent numerous email requests but they sent me links that doesnt work and they provided no assistance for the exchange. And the return period are almost over and I cannot wear the shoes. I only want a bigger size. Worst customer service ever
