Worst customer service experience. Do not order

If it was possible I’d give zando 0 stars. Don’t bother ordering from this company. They don’t respond to emails, their phone lines don’t work. I tried to log a return for an item and it has been more than a month since I logged the return. It has been impossible to get ahold of them and their excuse every i time is that they’re experiencing a backlog. Dont think I’ll ever get the item collected or receive my refund
