WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! WORST RETURNS. WORST ONLINE SHOP

Had I known return an item is this much work, I NEVER would have bought anything form you.

ON the 4th I logged a return. Like an idiot I have to be hauling the ****** parcel back and forth because you never know when your people will come to collect if ever.

Do you know how much money I've wasted calling and being on hold by your useless "customer service" team??? Only to be told that they don't know when the items will be collected. Who the hell should know?? It's the 14th now and you'll take another 00 days to process my refund!!!!!!

Cherry on top, the collection guy was here after a decade to collect the one item but could not take the other one because and I quote "I was not instructed to do so" What the hell kind of logic is that????

Come take your item and return my money ASAP! return id is ********** 67 in case anyone of you is interested.
