Worst customer service ever!!!!

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I took advantage of one of their specials and ordered a dress and my payment went through. I was then notified that they didn't have the dress in stoc**** Even though when I ordered it, it showed that it was indeed in stock. I then emailed them - 5 times - with not one response. Only when I went on to their facebook page, did I receive a very wishy-washy response saying that I would only get my refund in 2-3 weeks. What a bunch of *******... holding on to my money so that they can earn interest off of it. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know of their shocking service.
