WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a very upset customer. I bought ankle boots on the 4th of May and till to this day I haven't received anything. no parcel, no email, no call, no nothing. I have been trying to call them since the 7th of May and no one is available, This is a bull**** of service and I will never buy from them again. Please refund my money.
