Worst customer service

I placed an order and paid with a foreign VISA card. The payment was successful but Zando emailed to say that the transaction was not successful. I have sent countless emails with a copy of my bank statement and they are unresponsive. If I call them, I'm on hold for over 5 minutes and never speak to a real person. Absolutely the worst customer service.
