worst ****** ever

Hi All.

Bunch of worst ****** around. I have been a loyal customer of Zando for many years until recently. I purchased shoes there and then returned them dealt with a Ebrahim who said the refund will be processed then he sends me a e mail saying there is a discrepancy as it was instant cash which is so weird because I logged the return on my cell phone. I call and leave messages I e mail Ebrahim and they do not return your call or e mails. Now they asking for proof of purchase the idiots which I do not have that is why we have the App on our phone to log the return once it has been delivered. They do not even call you to advise you that you have a refund and they do not show you it on your profile either so I tend to think they keep it. Get your act together.I never have this problem with Superbalist they are honest people maybe take a leaf out of their book and learn something from them.
