Where’s my return????!!!!

Absolutely terrible return/ lack thereof.. !!! After receiving incorrect items due to incorrect labeling on vans, I requested a return since 2 August! And it’s still not finalized!! After it was sent to management more than a week ago and who committed to rectify.. still nothing!

Does Zando have cash flow problems that they cannot finalize returns!!!
