Where is my order???

I have been waiting weeks for my orders, and no one replies emails, no one answers calls.. its almost Christmas, my office closes on Friday and i haven't received anything, I was also not notified that things might be delayed if that is the case.. This is not the first time its Christmas or Black Friday.. NEVER ordering from them again.. ever!
