When am i going to receive my order

I am sick and tired am going straight to speak out.I called you 3 times till today my order has not been received your pathetic that was my last order with you.People who ordered after me they even get their parcels mine is there with you.You dont even call me or tell me when is your ****** bag is going to be delivered. First thing am i will ask the bank with reversal payment if i get the money dont bother to deliver it.
