What you see is not what you get

Purchased a "Boho BEACH MAT" from Zando, but when it was delivered it was nothing but a cheap piece of see through chiffon looks like table cloth or scarf junk. The beach mat was supposed to be of some type of towelling material rather chiffon polyester. E-mailed numerous times, with absolutely no reply. Phoned in, spoke to consultant, and she could only help to have item returned. Still no response from management. So I contacted them again, and boy, what a ****y manager. No quality control is being done whatsoever. You can sell dog **** for chocolate and they would not give a ****. Now I have to wait for my money, 7 days, had to go buy another beach mat for my daughter, and this all because of their misleading wording on an item. Had I read some reviews prior to my purchase, I would not even have done this order. Disgraceful that people false advertise products with their rediculous return policy, and that is if the money will be transfered back my way. Do not buy anything from these *****s.
